New Members

• All Channels are Private except for the General Channel

Be Respectful

• Respect all users regardless of your liking towards them. Treat others the way you want to be treated​

​No Inappropriate Language​

• Profanity should be kept to a minimum. Derogatory language towards any user is prohibited.​

​No Spamming​

• Do not send a lot of small messages right after each other.​​

Channel Conversations​​

• Ensure Conversations are on topic with the channel​

• DO NOT discuss private intimate details of ones personal life in the channels please allow the channels to be a safe place to discuss information that pertains to the channels topic.

Event Sharing​​

• Please only use the events channel to share events that you believe the community would enjoy and be excited to attend​

• Do not create events on behalf of Beltline Cosplay unless it has been approved through the admin

• Attend any events outside of Beltline Cosplay at your own risk, we are not responsible for a Non-Beltline Cosplay related event.

​Photo Sharing​

• Please ensure photo sharing does not contain nudity in the non 18+ channels​

  • If you would like access to the 18+ channels you will need to get verified and approved by the admin. The admin has the right to deny access under their own discretions.​

• All photos must stay in theme with the forum topic

Invitations to Private Events, Parties, etc... 

• ​Do not provide personal invitations to ones home in the public channels, please keep personal invitations to private DMs only. 

• If you decide to attend a private event, party, home, etc, please take the appropriate safety measures and attend at your own discretions.

Harassments​ Online and Offline

• We respect everyone's personal lives ​but to keep our community safe it is important to also ensure the safety of our friends and family. If a harmful action outside of Beltline Cosplay takes place and it is brought to our attention, our admin will do an internal investigation to understand the event better and will take appropriate action based on the findings. We do not condone Violence, Sexual Assaults, Bullying, Racism, Harassments (race, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, personal, physical, retaliation, verbal, and more.) If we do find evidence where an inappropriate action has taken place we will either suspend the user or revoke the user from our community all together. 

​Reporting Users

• If anyone ever feels uncomfortable please report to an admin immediately, and an admin will address the situation as soon as possible​

​New Rules / Updates​

• As our community grows we will learn also when new rules will need to be created please be aware that this is a living evolving rules list and that rules will be altered or updated as we see fit.​
