How to Participate:

RSVP and Submit Your Items: 

• Fill out the RSVP form 
• Describe your items
• Set the desired selling price

Delivery Options: 

Choose a convenient option to deliver your items (We will send an email of selections)

Drop off at the designated location. If unable to drop off physically, contact us for alternative arrangements.  

Commission Structure: Understand the commission structure: [5-10%] of the selling price. This commission helps cover event costs and ensures a seamless selling experience. 

• Items priced      between $1 and $50: 5% commission
• Items priced      between $51 and $100: 7% commission
• Items priced      above $100: 10% commission

• Cosplayer Market: Your items will be part of a diverse marketplace at our table.
• Support Local Talent: Beltline Cosplay is leading the way, providing an opportunity for you to showcase your creations.
